Your Innermetrix Consultant will then serve as your general practitioner, facilitating the initial business diagnostics, coordinating the appropriate team of IMX experts (based on the business diagnostics findings), and managing those experts through the creation and implementation of an appropriate solution (i.e., treatment plan) designed to drive overall health and profitability for the organization.
