Jay Niblick
(Founder/CEO)
Under Jay’s direction, Innermetrix
bootstrapped its way from start-up
to over $15M in retail sales ($3M
profit) in just five short years.
He is one of the world’s leading
authorities on Axiology (the science
of decision-making created by Professor
Robert S. Hartman at Yale & MIT).
In over eighteen countries and
five continents he has personally
interpreted over 10,000 individual
profiles making him one of the
most experienced axiological experts
in the world.
Jay holds multiple technology patents, trademarks and copyrights relating to
identifying and maximizing human
talent and is the author of the
Attribute Index, the flagship product
of Innermetrix Inc. He is the youngest
person ever appointed to the Board
of Directors at the Robert S. Hartman
Institute (a scholarly project
based out of the University of
Tennessee in the United States
dedicated to the study of human
nature, value and decision-making).
Prior to his business career, Jay was a Search and Rescue Swimmer with the United
States Navy, and Combat Field Medic
with the US Marines in Desert Storm.
He graduated summa cum laude B.S
and M.S in Organizational Development
from Tusculum College in Tennessee
USA.
Scott Massey
(Director of Business Development)
Scott is a 1992 Graduate of The Citadel
in Charleston, SC USA. He served
as a combat arms officer in the US
Army for six years. After leaving
the Army he worked with Johnson and
Johnson, Morgan Stanley and Stryker
Corporation in sales, finance, marketing
and management. In addition to his
experience in the Fortune 500 Scott
has been a part of start up companies
in retail and finance prior to joining
Innermetrix. Scott’s experience
in business and international relations
has crossed numerous industries and
five continents. He has been a paid
lecturer in multiple countries around
the world, and member of governmental
goodwill efforts with Middle Eastern
nations and head’s of State.
As the Director of Business Development
of Innermetrix International, Scott
is responsible for the overall direction
and day-to-day performance of all
of Innermetrix International’s
areas of involvement.
Paul Jones
(African & Middle Eastern Markets)
Paul Jones is the former Chief Executive Officer of LEAD International, which is a British registered consulting company that currently has operations on four different continents. Paul travels extensively to the UK, USA and the Middle East, where he consults with a variety of different companies and government organizations.
He has spoken at numerous high-level conferences and seminars all over the world. Paul has been involved in leadership development and organizational strategy for the past fifteen years. Paul graduated Cum Laude majoring in the human sciences. He is regarded as a friend and a mentor by many successful international CEO’s and high-level individuals. He has written numerous training
programs and articles which have been published in Journals and magazines.
Daniel Erasmus (Chief Legal Advisor)
Daniel started his career in the
mid 1980's at Deloitte & Touche. Shortly thereafter he joined the law firm of Hofmeyr Attorneys, where he was soon appointed at that stage as the youngest equity director of that firm. After a number of years, he left to form his own law firm, attracting various multinational clients, and later headed the tax department of former 100-year-old law firm Moss Morris. He was the chairman of the Law Society of South Africa's Tax Matters Committee for more than seven years, and still is a member of that committee after it merged with the exchange control committee (serving as chairman and member for more than 10 years).
He is co-founder and former lecturer of the University of Johannesburg's Diploma in Tax Practice program, and co-authored VAT for Lawyers: A Guideline; CGT: A Guideline, and more recently Lexis Nexis Butterworth’s Exchange Control & Income Tax Amnesty Handbook.
Daniel is pioneer in the area of the constitutional rights of taxpayers, and is at the forefront of tax research in this area. He holds a PhD in Tax and the Constitution. He has lectured to prominent corporations such as SABMiller, Anglo American plc, Barloworld Ltd, The SA Post Office Ltd, Group 5 Ltd, Vodacom Ltd and Ernst & Young,
Tsogo Sun Group, ABSA and many others.

influencing our overall direction,
security and growth.
Cliff Morris
(Chief Financial Advisor)
Cliff is founder of Sirius Financial
Navigation, an innovative, independent
financial services firm. Sirius Financial
is a Discretionary Financial Services
Provider, registered with the Financial
Services Board (FSB). At the helm
of Sirius Financial Navigation, Cliff
is responsible for creating and driving
strategic decisions and monitoring
the implementation of the firm’s
vision and objectives. Today, Sirius
is a dynamic organization, offering
a holistic service covering all aspects
of financial planning and management,
including a variety of value-oriented
portfolios designed to meet the diverse
needs of long-term investors.
With over twenty three years experience
in the financial services industry,
Cliff is widely recognized for his
leading hedge fund management, strong
client relationships and innovative
investment product design (including
the much publicized Sirius East European
Property Fund). From his significant
experience Cliff is a driving force
in leading the Innermetrix operational
and financial strategy.
Bill McAfee
(Director – Financial Analysis)
Bill McAfee is President and Chief
Investment Officer for WHM Capital
Advisors, LLC. Mr. McAfee
is a Certified Financial Planner™,
and an Accredited Valuation Analyst
with expertise in portfolio management,
quantitative analysis, business
valuation, and estate planning
strategies. Mr. McAfee has
been published in professional
journals on topics including investment
strategies and business valuation
issues, and has been a featured
guest on radio and television programs.
Mr. McAfee began his career in commercial banking and held
the position of Vice President at Bank of America Private Bank,
managing accounts for high-net-worth individuals, trusts and
foundations. In 1999, he was named Senior Vice President
at First National Corporation, where he chaired the trust and
investment committee and designed portfolio strategies for the
Asset Management Group. Mr. McAfee’s portfolios
have consistently outperformed the S&P 500 index in both
up and down markets.
Mr. McAfee works with individual clients and business owners
to determine their overall financial strategy, how business
ownership correlates with their financial plan, and how to preserve
their wealth through coordinated investment and estate planning
strategies. Mr. McAfee is the developer of A.Q.U.A. ®,
a proprietary tool for determining risk in the closely held
business and its effect on the portfolio decisions of the owner.
Mr. McAfee is a graduate of The Citadel,
in Charleston, South Carolina and was
an honor graduate of United States Marine Corps Officer Candidate
School. Mr. McAfee
serves on the adjunct faculty at the
Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. He
and his wife, Teresa, live in Columbia, South Carolina with
their three children.
